Soliman Law offers closing services in commercial and residential real estate transactions. We issue title insurance at title company rates. Our firm does not charge additional attorneys’ fees unless there is additional attorney work to be performed. Our title work is performed in house by a Florida Bar board certified real estate attorney with approximately 20 years of experience. While Florida law allows non-attorneys to become licensed title agents after only 40 hours of education, Soliman Law offers closing title services by a real estate expert. Unlike a title company which is prohibited from giving legal advice to a buyer or seller in a transaction, our firm offers advice to buyers and sellers in a transaction on such issues as how to take title to real property and what the legal implications are when one side breaches the contract.
